Gold is what they started. Red is what they left on the bench. Where the red bar is longer, the bench outscored the lineup.

Every recap from this season, newest first. The email goes out once; this is where it stays.
Two hundred a team, same as last year. Every dollar goes back out — nothing is held back for the commissioner, the website, or anything else.
Dues go to the commissioner before the draft. Nothing is held back — the whole pot pays out.
We run a long way from Yahoo’s defaults — 5-point passing touchdowns, half-PPR, and a defensive yardage ladder most leagues never touch. Search it, sort it, or filter down to just the house rules.

Ten teams, all confirmed and renewed. Everybody here has a thread back to Homer, one way or another — born there, married into it, or dragged along the Spit at some point. Tap anyone for their full career.
Done. Fourteenth season, ten teams, one hundred and fifty picks, and a start time two and a half hours later than advertised. The full report is up — every pick measured against the market and against thirteen years of this league’s own history.
The draft order was not set at three o’clock, so the room was cancelled and rebuilt for 5:30. Yahoo now records the start time permanently. When the order finally ran it was the identical order that had been published all week — Nate first, David tenth. Nothing changed except everyone’s evening.
Yahoo runs the league — rosters, waivers, trades, scoring and the playoff bracket all happen there, and nothing on this site changes any of it. Open the league on Yahoo. This page is the other half: the history Yahoo forgets between seasons. A recap lands in the league’s inbox every Tuesday morning — reply to any of them to reach the commissioner at commish@saltydawgers.com.
Five running backs and five receivers in round one — no quarterback, no tight end. Twelve of the first seventeen picks were running backs, in a league that starts two. Jahmyr Gibbs went first overall to Nate; CeeDee Lamb closed the round to David.
Two divisions. Four playoff teams. Semifinals Week 16, championship Week 17. Trades close November 28. Waivers run Tuesday at game time on a continual rolling list — David opens with first claim, Nate with last.
Thirteen seasons, thirteen bills on the wall. Tap any of them. Seven different managers have taken one home — and two of them have taken four.
Tap any bill for that season’s championship game and full final standings. Team names change from year to year, so the wall is keyed on the manager. Season years follow the fall convention — the 2013 season crowned its champion in early 2014.
Thirteen championships spread across seven managers. Lindsay and Louden have four apiece — the other five are one-timers still looking for a second.
Home in Alaska. Eleven plaques engraved, one slot left, two champions still on order.
Every final placement since 2013, pulled from Yahoo and cross-checked against the champions list. Pick a manager to follow one career, or open a season to see how it actually ended.

Tap any column to sort. “Podium” is top-three finishes. “Scoring Titles” counts seasons a manager led the league in total points — which, as it turns out, is not the same thing as winning.
Showing titles only. Turn your phone sideways for podiums, last-place finishes, scoring titles, average points and best finish.
In 11 of 13 seasons, the team that scored the most points did not win the championship. The $200 Season Leader prize is not a consolation — it is a warning.

Every opening pick since 2013 — 136 of them. Fourteen years of conviction, preserved whether it worked out or not.

Every playoff game this league has ever played, with the seeds that produced it. Pulled from Yahoo’s season pages and joined to the manager who actually made the picks. The short version: seeding is worth almost nothing here, and twice the whole thing came down to two hundredths of a point.
| Season | Champion | Seed | Score | Runner-up | Seed | Score | Margin |

The 2024 final was decided by 0.82 — the closest championship game this league has produced. Jessica was the one seed.

The four seed has won as many titles as the one seed. Draft position and regular-season record buy you less here than anybody wants to believe.

Jessica appears in six of the eight closest playoff games ever played. She also owns the best career average finish in the league and the most playoff losses in the league.
A slicker-clad old salt bolted to a walnut plinth, twelve plaques, and a line from Robert Earl Keen. It has followed its champions across six states and found its way home to Alaska — and it is very nearly full.
Six states and back to where it started. Whatever mileage plan it signed up for, it blew through the limit somewhere around North Dakota.
The board holds twelve plaques. Eleven are engraved, 2013 through 2023. That leaves one empty slot — and two champions still waiting on the engraver.
Louden won it in 2024 and again in 2025. Only one of them fits. Thirteen seasons in, the league has finally outgrown its own hardware.
Which is the short version of why this page exists. Wood runs out. A wall doesn’t.
It has been photographed poolside in Arizona, on a desk in Texas, and on a frozen windowsill in North Dakota. If you had custody of it and took a picture, send it in.

Thirteen seasons and not one punishment. That’s a remarkable run of mercy, and it ends this year.
Voting is open for adjustments to format, scoring, and — for the first time — a punishment for the last place team. Bring your worst idea. It has thirteen years of backlog to make up for.
Nothing that costs real money, nothing that requires time off work, and nothing you wouldn’t want your kids to watch. Everything else is fair game.
